The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at GYPSY WEARHOUSE and its affiliates, you agree to the terms set forth below along with GYPSY WEARHOUSE Privacy Policy.
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of the delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned products to reach us.
- The replacement product shall be shipped once we receive the original product and be delivered to you within 5-7 days.
- You may raise a return request from the account section on our website, where your request will be reviewed & resolved within 24 hours on business days.
- We will process the refunds as soon as the return products are received by us from the customer and it should take 4-5 business days to credit the refunds into the same account/payment method made while placing the order.
- Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by the customer as redeemable coupon codes for the respective order that would be valid for 30 days.
- The store credit will be provided within 2 business days from the day of receipt of goods in our warehouse, on the customers registered Email ID.
- In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns of products that have been used/soiled/washed. Products received in this condition will not be accepted for returns and refunds.
- Shipping charges (for COD orders) are non-refundable.
